National Center for State and Local Law Enforcement Training
The Office of State and Local Training (OSL), Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Department of Homeland Security provides training to state, local, campus, and tribal law enforcement agencies. These programs have been developed and delivered with the contributions and support of federal, state, local and private agencies.

This training is tailored to enhance the capacity of states and local jurisdictions to prevent, deter, and respond safely and effectively to incidents of terrorism involving weapons of mass destruction (WMD). ODP training is designed to meet the varying needs of its first responder training audiences. This includes reaching multiple disciplines, through training at the awareness, performance and planning/management levels, and employing the most appropriate mediums and vehicles for the particular audience.

This website acts as a clearinghouse for counter-terrorism related information for local law enforcement including available training and technical assistance information. A variety of counter-terrorism training, educational, and technical assistance resources are available to law enforcement professionals and other first responders.
