Resource Information Center Search Help
How to use the Resource Search:
The following are descriptions of the parameters you can set to return the most
relevant results for your search:

Search text: Enter the words to search for.
Search by title: Will search only the resource titles.
Search by keyword: Will search for matching words within the
resources.
One of the words: Will return resources which contain at least
one of the words in your search text.
All of the words: Will return resources which contain only all
of the words listed in your search text.
Exact phrase: Will return resources which contain only the
exact phrase listed in your search text.
Without words (Optional): Will not return any resources
containing these words.
Examples
| Entering "crime analysis" as the search text and selecting "One of the words"
will return only resources which contain either the word "crime" or the word
"analysis" in them. |

| Entering "crime analysis" as the search text and selecting "All of the words"
will return only resources which contain both the words "crime" and the word
"analysis" in them. |

| Entering "crime analysis" as the search text and selecting "Exact phrase" will
return only resources which contain the term "crime analysis" in them. |

| Entering "crime" as the search text and entering "analysis" as a "without word"
will return only resources which contain the word "crime" and do NOT contain
the word "analysis" in them. |
