Planning and Managing Security for Major Special Events: Guidelines for Law Enforcement About the CD-ROM This CD-ROM was produced by the Department of Justice Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (the COPS Office) from a curriculum developed by the Regional Community Policing Institute at Eastern Kentucky University in cooperation with the Institute for Law and Justice (ILJ).
