Important Program Update

The issues with the COPS Application System (CAPS) have been resolved. CAPS is now fully functioning. If you have already submitted your application, please log into CAPS and review the information in your application. If you have started but not yet completed your application, a letter will be emailed with instructions on how to complete and submit your application. Please also find this letter below for your convenience. The deadline to submit your application for both the COPS Hiring Program (CHP) and Community Policing Development (CPD) has been extended to June 4th at 7:59 PM EDT.
